"Almost, yes." He's eyeing him, trying to figure out how to best coax Ambrose into speaking candidly. "There are always limits on the changes you can make but there's so much room for creativity here."
"A really awesome one, with explosions and sex gods and people even more awesome than that and a few really scary and kind of creepy ones, but I try and ignore those, because they're not really all that enjoyable and what's the point of not enjoying things?"
He blinks. "I have a feeling that perhaps growing familiarity with the place will make it markedly easier to comprehend precisely what you said, miss."
"Probably not, actually, but you'll get used to it. I'm Joffy Hawke, by the way. I blow things up!" She grins -- she hasn't used that line in way too long. It's kind of tragic, really.
