Over the course of the past few weeks, people are likely to have noticed things disappearing from the mansion. It started with small trinkets, little things that few would notice and even fewer would miss. Family is family, and so Erebus's immediate reaction upon spotting her is to grab her and sweep her into a warm, tight hug, probably lifting her a few inches off the ground in the process, grinning (as he almost always is). "Kakatria! Hey, babe. I knew you had to be around here somewhere."

Where there's a thief, there's another thief, albeit a more compact and inexperienced one. Not surprised by Kakatria's appearance, Bea immediately sneaks forward (probably more conspicuously than she thinks) and reaches for the coat, fishing for a prize in the pockets.

While she may allow herself the faintest of smiles, it's irrelevant, as her hand clamps about Bea's wrist. "What are you doing?"
