Family is family, and so Erebus's immediate reaction upon spotting her is to grab her and sweep her into a warm, tight hug, probably lifting her a few inches off the ground in the process, grinning (as he almost always is). "Kakatria! Hey, babe. I knew you had to be around here somewhere."

He is rewarded for his troubles with a glare. "I might have to leave now if you don't put me down."

He's completely unperturbed by this, and he doesn't let go of her. "But we're family! I thought it was a pleasure to remeet me."

Where there's a thief, there's another thief, albeit a more compact and inexperienced one. Not surprised by Kakatria's appearance, Bea immediately sneaks forward (probably more conspicuously than she thinks) and reaches for the coat, fishing for a prize in the pockets.

While she may allow herself the faintest of smiles, it's irrelevant, as her hand clamps about Bea's wrist. "What are you doing?"

She's not at all alarmed, but merely looks up at Kakatria with something like genuine cheeriness. "Looking in your pockets!"
