Drag Strip is so in-character. And I love the story's insight into the Stunticons in general, expressed in beautifully written narrative like "Home was where the fuel pump was, and the Stunticons pledged their undying, twisted love to the roads of concrete and asphalt." That? Is superb. I can't wait for more.

Besides the messed up dream, Goldfrapp's Fly Me Away is big chunk of the inspiration for this fic. That song always puts me in a good mood, and even if it's (sort of) about flying, it makes me think of the Stunticons. In a fluffy way, at any rate.

The song that makes me think about the Stunticons is C. W. McCall's Convoy, because there's a line in it about a Kenworth. Always brings Motormaster to mind.
