summary: the stalker is yaotome hikaru, chinen's secret admirer plus the owner's son of yaotome national hospital.
yamada, kamiki, yuto, daiki and ryutaro now in their way to shinjuku by train. they still confuse of what happen. mirai called kamiki, she apologized and said that she's fine with chinen then asked him to come to shinjuku with yamada. yamada know he must be happy because mirai was fine. but she made him and his friends so worried. "baka mirai. i swear i'll whack her head for making me worried." yamada said.
"but she must had her reason, ryosuke-san. reason of chinen-san and the note." kamiki try to help mirai, yamada chuckle. "i know. by the way, do you love mirai? you're so close with her." he is teasing the redden face kamiki, but he get a whack from daiki. "ittai! what was that for, dai-chan!?" yamada protest.
daiki sigh, "if you want to teasing kamiki, you can do it next time but not now, you fatty boy." ryutaro, yuto and kamiki try to resist their laugh. that's make yamada annoyed, "shut up, you penguin boy." now yuto and ryutaro laugh loudly.
"you two! don't laugh so loud, we're in the train! and yama-chan, who you called penguin boy!?" daiki protest and yamada laugh. "forget it. no reply."
"shibuya. shibuya."
"ah, we arrive!" kamiki shout. they stand up and go out the train. but suddenly, yuto see mirai sit up on a chair not far with them. "mirai-chan!!" yuto shout and run to mirai, make the others surprise. mirai smiled, "sorry for making you worried, minna."
yamada whack her head, "don't make an innocent smile. now explain to us what happen and why chinen can be with you suddenly!" mirai sigh and walk out from the train station.
"follow me."
the boys are sighing now and follow her. "ryunosuke, i told you someone stalked, right? he's yuri-chan secret admirer, yaotome hikaru, our senpai."
they surprise. "eh? wait. why did he stalk you, not chinen-san?" ask kamiki.
"he knew about yuri-chan's disease and want to help her. he want to do something before the graduation." she explain. ryutaro suddenly remember, "masaka..." mirai nod. "yeah, he's the owner of yaotome national hospital in the future. his father is the owner. with it, he want to help yuri-chan. although her parents even got mad when he called her parents, finally they agree."
yamada ask, "what's disease?" mirai stop. she is crying.
"heart cancer."
the boys shocked now.
