Your character's name and username! Laura Kinney - tiniest_killer What's the kill count? HOLY SHIT THAT'S A LOT OF PEOPLE! (Like...over 300.) Was it intentional? Yes. Did they get away with it? That's complicated but technically yes. How did it happen? She was an assassin from the time she was ten.
Why and how can you detect his presence, son? Laura would be able to smell him and hear his heart beat.
Well, she snuck into a political fund raiser disguised as a girl in leg splints and on crutches then slaughtered everyone there, men woman and children, with her claws. When she was ten.
She also decapitated an invisible man, hunting him by smell. She killed a man and woman in their bedroom at night (but spared their son.), she killed a man by stabbing her claws through his head and sticking him to a parked car.
She killed 30 armed men in her Aunt's house and then blew it up to make sure there weren't any survivors...
She killed her mother in a scent-induced rage.
She killed every man working in the Facility that created her then set it on fire to make sure no one would survive.
She was sent on dozens of assassination missions that were never detailed.
She killed dozens of mutant clones working for X-Force. She also shot a terrorist in the head during that.
Edit! She hasn't killed anyone in the city and YES SHE IS PROUD OF HERSELF. Shut up that's an accomplishment for her.
Your character's name and username! Norman Osborn/greengosborn What's the kill count? Bluhh the 175ish or so but most of those would be indirect. Directly probably about 20, not counting casualties from pumpkin bombs or whatever. Was it intentional? Yes. Did they get away with it? Some no (arrested), many yes. How did it happen? ERM well Gwen Stacy and Terri Kidder back home he got caught for, same with the people he had Cavil kill here which why he was arrested, but many of his more unknown deaths are either casualties (see above), were experimented on, Norman had someone else kill them, or he was just never caught (HI DR. HORRIBLE).

Your character's name and username! Robert Reynolds/couldbeavoided What's the kill count? I'd say about 50 or so. There's Ares and there was a group of Atlanteans, specifically, but the Void is, well, the Void. Was it intentional? Yes and no. Not on Bob's part, but on the Void's yes. Did they get away with it? Everything but Ares's. How did it happen? He ripped Ares in half, the Atlanteans he just tore their place apart and such.
Why and how can you detect his presence, son? He can hear heartbeats and sense presences around him.
Your character's name and username! Harvey Dent/indentcision What's the kill count? Pfff lots of people. 100ish? Was it intentional? Yes. Did they get away with it? Though he goes to jail a lot, I don't think a lot of his arrests were specifically for some of his murders. So sometimes?? How did it happen? One person (a judge) he hung, he shot his ADA in the eye and killed Carmine Falcone (and some other crime family heads), Janice Porter, and uhhh a shit load of other people with guns. Guns are his usual.
Your character's name and username! Max Dillon/electrouble What's the kill count? Bluhh 40ish? Mostly indirect/accidents due to his powers. Was it intentional? One of them was. The others, no. Did they get away with it? Yeah. How did it happen? He killed someone intentionally for threatening him, and a woman accidentally when she touched him. Electrocution for everyone, though.
Why and how can you detect his presence, son? He'll be able to sense the change in electromagnetism in the air.
Your character's name and username! Sanji notadartboard What's the kill count? unknown, probably in the dozens Was it intentional? usually Did they get away with it? all the time How did it happen? he's a pirate and a fighter, people die sometimes when they fight him. It's never explicitly said when, how many, etc, but implied. No one in the City, it's all canon. The translations seem to indicate that he absolutely did kill a "priest," Satori, on Sky Island, with a powerful Concasse heel strike to the head, but most of his high-level foes survive. It's the underlings that are implied to die from his kicks.
Your character's name and username! Geddoe, trueltning_fury What's the kill count? HUNDREDS Was it intentional? damn right it was Did they get away with it? yep How did it happen? WAR. He was a bandit, a highwayman, and then a general in two separate wars. In between those wars, he was a mercenary. He's killed a lot of people in his line of work and never felt remorse for a one.
Your character's name and username! He knew what he was making on the weapons front? Same with heroing! A lot of them are probably AIM Soldiers, Hydra goons, and the miscellaneous villain. He's got quite a few that he blames himself for that he either didn't want to do, and some that he thought he had to do. Also Norman. He's not upset about that one. Did they get away with it? Yep. Guilt is it's own prison though 8( How did it happen? Oh god there are so many, some of the bigger ones are like Mallen, who he blew his head off, he thinks he killed Mandarin through freezing him with liquid nitrogen, obvs he played a strong part in Bill Foster's death, and he technically killed Happy Hogan by pulling the plug on him. You can ask if Tony catches his attention!
Your character's name and username! Sirius black, purmoncul What's the kill count? ZERO. HE HAS NOT KILLED ANYONE. This may be important if people from his world show up who are not aware of this fact.
Why and how can you detect his presence, son? Sirius can turn into a dog with quite a good nose. This is hardly foolproof: in places that see a lot of traffic, figuring out that there's one extra scent in the room would be pretty impossible, but if it's just the two of them, or if he's got a scent to track, invisibility alone probably wouldn't be enough unless the shadows account for that too!
