This is a lovely look into a fascinating combination of characters. If there was anyone out there who could disconcert/disarm Bellatrix, it would be Luna. I love how they play off each other and their reactions. Fantastic work with this.

Why thank you! I agree - I think Luna would be the only one who could really surprise Bellatrix, and it was fun/difficult trying to write it.

Oh, I like it. I have to admit I haven't read the HP books in such a long time, but I always found Luna to be fascinating.

Thanks! Luna is fascinating, for sure, and incredibly difficult to keep Luna-like. Glad you liked, even though you're not as much into HP these days.

Very well done. It is like the kind of thing Luna would do. And the mixture of knowing there are reasons to be afraid and not giving in, and being utterly Luna, works very well.

Love the last lines.
