1. How awesome was Enver's switch from creepy serial killer to a college party girl who loves dancing?
Enver is always amazing, that talented bastard.
2. Someone pointed out in a discussion in 'Haunted' that the older clients tend to call Adelle, "Addie". Do you think that it's another move of Adelle to make the clientele at ease, or does she only allow a few people to call her with that name, or something else?
That might have been me. Hell if I have an answer. I do think she would have to at least like the client a bit in order to let them use a nickname with her, whether or not she's actually friends with them.
3. In Belonging, we saw how Adelle started drinking more. The first time you watched the episode, did you ever think that it would spiral it to a drunken state in 2.09?
I don't think any part of me expected it to get as bad as it did. I definitely noticed she was drinking more, though.
4. Adelle's speech to Topher-- result of being frank and drunk or manipulation on her part for Topher to do something about Sierra/
( ... )
My first reaction to Adelle's speech to Topher was mostly, 'Holy shit, Adelle wouldn't have done it this in this way," and then her reaction when Boyd called her to say that Nolan disappeared made me think that Adelle was manipulating Topher into not programming the real Priya but a modified Priya with ninja skills.
And I think Topher felt that he should prove Adelle wrong (that he didn't have any morals) and just really got into some serious trouble when it went down the way it went down with Nolan.
He would have gone with whatever Adelle had decided. With her genuine upset over the situation, I could see him offering to make things happen. As long as no one too high up put too much pressure on Adelle to let Nolan have his way, I could see her letting him arrange something. But letting him know that if he ever got caught she would have to let him take the fall. Which is a condition he would accept without question. Had she ordered him directly not to interfere and then he found out about what Topher did.. I could see him cleaning

You know, I actually might be getting her speeches mixed up? I'm going off of memory rather than a proper re-watch at the mo' -laugh-
The scene where she calls Topher out on lack of morals.. yea. A part of her was likely just lashing out at that point. Sort of a 'you really wanna do this Topher? I own you and I know you'. Because she didn't have control of anything else at that moment. I think a veiled boss-comment when sober could have given him an eventual spark to really help Priya, perhaps a bit more thoughtfully. Adelle shook him up pretty bad.
If Dom had still been head of security, he'd have dealt with the mess. There would've been no object lesson for Topher. It would've been run along young man, skitter back to your skittles and let the adults clean up the mess.
Although if it went hand in hand with Adelle's "you were chosen because you don't have morals", there would still be a lesson in store for Topher but it wouldn't have the same impact as the one with Boyd.
