Cruxshadows have Rogue on vocals, and a changing cast of backup. Right now, guitarist and fiddle are female, I think. In the past, there's been fiddle and bass that were girls.

The obvious one for me is Talking Heads (Tina Weymouth on bass). And one from the vaults -- The Honeycombs, with Honey Lantree on drums; she did share lead singing later in the band's career but certainly not when they first made it big.

I have one, but it depends on how you define gender: Scissor Sisters have a pretty even mix of *genetically* male and female musicians and lead vocalists, but some of them are transgender / pre-op / &c so it may not fit your specs. But I think you'd really like them, regardless; I've been meaning to pass this along to you for a while now.

A tangent to Talking Heads would be Tom Tom Club, but I don't remember how much of the lead vocals were done by Tina Weymouth as opposed to someone else.

I'm really not familiar with all the members of any bands, but this page might have interesting information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_female_bass_guitarists
