I think you should let it grow a little and leave it the color it is.

if you like it the way it is or are scared of ruining it, then just leave it the way it is, it's hott as already, then let it grow abit + see what you want to do then. however, if you want to do something now, then maybe get lots of choppy layers in + style it, or if you want something more drastic, dark brown flashes in your hair would look awesome with your colour. anyway, heh, just my opinion beautiful ♥

I don't think you should cut it, just trim it, but I do think you should dye it darker. Or grow it out and get some low lights put in. Maybe Jennie could help you out.
