Thanks. I've already sent out my resume to some folks and am beginning to scour the job sites. Hopefully this won't be too damaging.

Well that sucks. I'm so sorry!
I don't know what you do exactly, but I think it's all computery and stuff. The Smithsonian actually has an extensive support network for all its geeky scientists like me that somehow manage to screw up their computers and internet connections just by sneezing on them. Perhaps you could look up positions here and elsewhere in the government on USAjobs.gov? You might hit on something good.

I'd be looking for something in networking, as all my experience and skills are in that these days. If AT&T has anything local, I'd definitely be interested!
