Perhaps you could use him in a different way. If you fed him false information and released him among the originals, when they questioned him, they would be harming themselves.

I do have orders for you... and it does relate to my clone. I don't want you to kill him just yet.. though that opportunity may yet arise again.

Instead I want you to fake his death somehow, but bring him here to me. Another copy of myself could be far more useful alive than dead.
