I went to see The Devil Wears Prada this weekend. And once again was re-introduced to the many reasons why I love Meryl Streep. She's so very subtle, and just a joy to watch on screen. Even when she's a cold, career driven woman, she shows you just enough that you begin to understand why she is the way she is, and perhaps enough to start to feel

Ugh. Being pregnant in this last weekend's heat would really suck- I feel sorry for your friend, and whoever is living with her at the moment.

Question on the teaching stuff that's had you feeling overwhelmed- would you be interested in maybe co-teaching something like that sometime? Certainly helps the class feel like less work, and could also mean taking some days off... just a thought, if they're willing to pay two teachers. YTN did that a couple years ago when I first taught there.

s'possible...they were willing to pay 2 instructors for the fight scenes from shakespeare class, a "fighter" and a "shakespearer"...however, I think for the middle school age range, I'm not that interested in teaching them. the past 3 experiences have just been trying, and while it can be a fun age to work with, I don't like that their attention span is all of about 5 minutes...I think I'd be more interested in teaching high school age kids
