He's a tyrant, ranting and raging over those who are pure and those who are not pure in His eyes. He sees all things, be they man or demon, as unclean and needing the "order" He intends to enforce. He wishes to deadlock all creation, whether He was responsible for it or not, into a state of perfect order. Perfect stagnation.

That is what He is like.
