So does this mean your gonna get it while your there, and then come back to AZ with a NY license. If you do some wierd nerd guy will follow you around screaming PHONY!! YOUR A BIG FAT PHONY!! HEY EVERYONE LOOK AT THE PHONY!! And the only way you can get rid of him is to sacrafice a virgine, AND GOOD LUCK FINDIN ONE O THEM!!

And I got my license when I turned 16 in AZ, did they chance the law??
