In other news this is one of those things from the rumor mill I'd love to come true.

Pixar's plate is pretty full for the next couple of years, including Cars 2 (though how they'll do that without either Paul Newman or George Carlin I'm not sure) Toy Story 3, and Warlord of Mars (the last is live action), but there's no way to do Burroughs' Barsoom (Mars) without serious digital work. At one major release a year, that carries us at least until 2013. However, I've also heard that they'd like to do an Incredibles 2, with the right script.
