Can anyone recommend

a good tea or homemade concoction for a sinus infection & bronchitis? I am about to do a quick internet search before I crash again. I don’t last very long while sitting upright, unfortunately. I have Breathe Easy, but was just curious if there might be something better.

I don't use a Neti pot, but do have a sinus cleanse bulb, basically the same thing. Works wonders for what is already there, but not so much for getting WAY up in my head. I'm interested more in something to drink daily that might improve my sinus health in general, if such a thing exists.

In that case, I should be good...I have several varieties of hot tea here :)
