I can't share any non-meat recipes because I have a carnivore chef bf who can't make a meal without meat! haha. But your dinners sound like they have been fantastic! Yay Farmer's Market!

I am in love with the farmers' market. It's forcing me to be creative.

Steven feels the same way about meat.

No matter who's making it, homemade pizza always seems to taste infinitely better than purchased pizza.

I have TONS of non-meat recipes! (I've been veg for over 20 years and I love to cook so... you know). Here's some of the ones I posted in my journal but I have a lot more. Let me know what your favourite kind of recipes are (dinner, lunches, snacks, deserts -- or fav foods to use) and I'll share some more!

We mostly do dinner things because Steven doesn't really have a way to take lunch and I'm happy with salad or whatever cooked veg we have lying around.

I'm generally looking for things that are really flavourful and without curry.

Sounds delicious! John and I are thinking about going vegetarian (maybe just pescatarian)--we're trying to be healthier too. :)

I don't think I could give up fish for good. I like it too much, but this is a nice break out of our rut.

Let me know how your trial goes!
