While the rest of the internet is frothing with outrage over the fact that NBC is recording the marquee Olympic events and airing them later during U.S. prime time, and also complaining bitterly about the asinine commentary that goes with them, I'm over here wistfully imagining how nice it would be if my sports (equestrian) were actually shown ( Read more... )

See, now, if the announcers would just take some recap lessons from you, we would have a lot less to complain about. That right there was pretty brilliant.

Other than the dearth of Bourne Legacy commercials, of course. That's just wrong. As is the fact that I don't have any Renner icons yet. (You didn't mention Muppets in the recap though so I will go with Kermit.)

Jeremy Renner makes EVERYTHING EVER BETTER.

Even ridiculous timezones. (I think most of Australia is getting up at 2am to watch Olympics! I am decidedly not, because fuck that, I needs mah sleeps, also don't have a television anyway, BUT.) RENNER ARMS FIX IT.
