Calvin and Hobbs

I chanced upon an 18-year-old book called "The Indispensable Calvin and Hobbs." (One of the pleasures of being here at our Florida place is that most of my older books are here -- this is where we first fetched up, returning from two years in India -- then came Washington, more travels to India and elsewhere, and then J and I put down roots in DC ( Read more... )

And, of course, tigers always steal the sheets, and look soooo innocent when you wonder WHO did it. I also have a Tigger (Disney/Pooh style) on my bed here in Vero Beach...

Love Love Love Calvin and Hobbes.....incidentally, I graduated last year from Sonoma State University where Charles Shultz had several buildings named after him, as well as the Charlie Brown Cafe :) You were so close yet so far away :)

Gosh, I didn't know Sonoma State was connected to Schulz. I'll definitely keep it in mind next time we're in the Bay Area.
