I don't think that fishnets are inherently slutty. I'll agree, though, that they're most often worn with slutty intentions, which makes all the (wonderful) difference!

I love fishnets and I love this picture. I think the white glove and the lace trim make this girl look very proper despite the fishnets.

However fishnets can and often do look slutty and I like those too.
