Thanks! Rebecca West was a kick-ass writer. Her personal collision with Anais Nin over femmie issues was epochal.

Every time I see that name, I have to do a double take. You see, my name is Rebecca West, but not that Rebecca West. I wish I could say I was named after her, but it was just an accident of being adopted. I swear someday if I write a novel, I'll use her birth name. I do love having the name, though.
