I heard on the radio at noon about the awful fire at Notre Dame cathedral. I turned on the TV, and spent a few hours watching live coverage from Paris of the spreading conflagration. No one killed, and NOT a terrorist act -- but a terrible loss ( Read more... )

I actually heard/saw some pretty horrible stuff yesterday, that made my stomach turn. Some people actually believe it was a terrorist attack, and Macron is trying to cover it up. Made me sick that people would try to fan the flames of hate over an horrible accident.

I seen this same kind of "journalism" also in the UK with it's tabloid style media, so it not just Trump and Company, but it been festering there for awhile. The whole thing is sad, and worse, it prays on those who that could be their only source of news. Where I live, I am bombard with news outlet options, but others, say in the heartland, may only have one or two sources.
