It doesn't ryhme, but only if you imagine Bill speaking in the accent of someone like Hugh Grant. There's a fair amount of circumstancial evidence that the Bard would have spoken with something like a modern British Birmingham accent. If he did, then Moooove and Loooove do rhyme. It's like in Sonnet 94. He manages to connect 'die' and 'dignity'. If you pronounce 'dignity' as 'digni-tie' like a Brummie, it makes perfect sense. There was a wonderful group from the '70s/'80s called SLADE, and it's rather interesting to think that their lead singer, Noddy Holder, probably sounds a lot more like Shakespeare than someone like Sir John Gielgud did!
