"Yo" is one of those monosyllabic grunts favoured by people who don't like speech. Since we have thousands of words that are hardly ever used, why not get them out of the dictionary rather than simply going "Yo"?
Hasn't the selfies thing died out yet? It was mentioned on news programmes last year, but I've heard nothing about it recently. It's one of those things that got boring very quickly. I have a friend who is nearly seven feet tall. He doesn't mind people occasionally making jokes about his height, but he gets very annoyed at the way people always seem to assume that they are the first ones to notice that he is tall. Selfies are like that....about a hundred trillion photos of people holding their phone away from them, or else photoing themselves in the mirror. Enough already!

It's kind of funny, one of the first innovations to cameras was the timer, so you could position it, run across the room and join the family picture. There was no holding the camera out while all the family tried to crowd in. Yet...no phones (almost) have this feature, and a stand to support it.

I always assumed that the cameraphone thingie was designed to allow you to capture pictures that you might not normally be able to because most people don't carry a camera around in their daily life. These days I wonder how many people have an actual camera in their house. The camera on your phone is increasing in power, and a lot of people might just have decided to take family photos on it. Perhaps its a case of the marketplace lagging behind what people really use their phone for. We may find the phone manufacturers soon proudly announcing this new feature that allows you to....

Facebook has as one of it's default folders iOS. Most photo upload sites do. I'd assume most people don't have cameras at all any more. Other than on their phones.

Khall, well, there is the selfie-stick* -- though many cost upwards of $50; also they're getting banned pretty widely: http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/244955
