Today, the California Supreme Court ruled again on whether or not to uphold the same-sex ban created by Prop 8.

They voted Democratic in the last election...they'll probably approve gay marriage before that state which I do not represent.

Obviously neither of us give a flying fuck if someone is gay or not (well, unless you're trying to set them up as a couple (J2!) ), but I probably would have seen red if they were standing in front of me..I HATE when people use religion as an excuse to spread intolerance and bigotry, rather than love and tolerance and it's why I'm not a fan of most organized religions.

Ugh, seriously. I like to think I'm open-minded even to some closed-minded opinions, but what I can't and won't ever agree with or even understand is the opinion that same-sex couples shouldn't have the same rights as heterosexual couples. It's also why I can't really abide by organized religions. But like I said, I'm hoping the comments are just made by a troll to get a rise out of people, not by anyone who actually believes what they are saying.
