I had my second go-round with the PTB yesterday. My union rep was there in support but, unfortunately the result was the same. I am still being transferred to the other hospital away from my friends. This is absolutely outrageous and I think you really should take it further, if you have the strength to do so. I would talk to the union and then maybe consider finding a solicitor who specialises in employment law. I also wonder if one of the LGBT organisations might be able to advise you as well.

I think without giving you the opportunity to give your side of any incidences of alleged threatening or intimidating behaviour then their evidence is surely woefully one-sided, and thus somewhat flawed.

i'm going to talk to my union rep on friday. of course the irony is i went to the occupational health doctor back in november and he wrote to the head of nursing suggesting a 'risk assessment for stress' be conducted on theatres. instead the management conducted a risk assessment on stress on me personally.
nice interpretation of the facts there guys...

my dad (union for BA when he was employed there) says i should take it higher too. but as my flatmate said I haven't been threatened with dismissal. i still have my job (for now) but it does make me feel like Super Ted a bit..
