honey, it looks fabulous. although it is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far away from the NHS Big Three it does defy belief.

which is a shame, although those windows didn't look to be double glazed to me :-(
