Barack Obama's grandmother, "Toot," has died. She was 86 and had a prolonged battle with cancer.

So sad. So sad.

The only redeeming value of California is the fact that the overwhelming sea of blue kicks their red butts and the electoral votes are all Obama's. Must give them fits. wOOt!

We've moved from the kitchen sink to the landfill apparently.

I read today that last year the California Republicans tried to get a vote passed to split their electoral college votes according to districts, so that the red ones could cast red votes. Fortunately it failed. It's all or nothing, folks.

I am so sad she didn't get to see him win. It's hard to lose a grandmother at any age, but I know what he is going through now. She was there for all of his life, and now she's gone. She was the same age as Grandmother Beautiful when she died.
