this morning i learned on sound opinions a chicago public radio music talk show that i love, that one of my favorite children's poets shel silverstein wrote several songs for johnny cash -- the first country music i ever took a liking to -- including "a boy named sue" and "25 minutes to go."

totally weird. i love it!
