what's blue and gray and calm all over?

a blessedly cool day in chicago. thanks to roo puppy, i'm up at 6:00 am for his feeding and walk so, i get to experience the early morning ethereal city, which this morning was dark gray and soaking from the overnight showers. but i never mind summer rain. in fact, it's put me in a pretty serene mood, my emotions slipping through me easily in blue
