Dean showering with the door open says to me that they have absolutely no boundaries and I foresee a bunch of shower fics getting written in the very near future!

"Dean showers with the door open" I'm repeating this because it obviously didn't sink in when I was watching...and how did I miss this ...it's pretty epic! And I guess more importantly, did the SPN crew forget as well or is it deliberate?
