weird yes, but I thought it was an unique way to explain why Brennan is so upset by seeing Booth and Hannah together.
In every other episode this season, they tried to address why Bones was so upset about Booth and Hannah being together and because Bones so closely identified with the victim she was able, just this once to view herself, as other's see her.
The scene in the car, with Booth when she comes to the realization that she's missed her chance and she cries, I was ready to feel embarrassed but instead I felt for her and wanted Booth to comfort her...but of course, that isn't possible now.
Btw, if Booth is so invested in his relationship with Hannah, what the hell is he doing following Brennan around late at night? It's a nifty little line he utters about always being there to rescue her...but Booth can't have it both ways, unlike Booth's alter ego Mr Boreanaz (sorry biting wit and sarcasm fail me today).
RIGHT??? I mean I kinda loved it, but it was SERIOUSLY TRIPPY for Bones. And I still think that Mr. Mars aka the security guard that she's talked to on the night shift for nine years is all a figment of her imagination. Mostly I just feel REALLY REALLY bad for Bones right now. So I guess they did their job.
