Man. Sam's anger issue is HOT. I don't usually disagree with Dean but telling him to bottle it up inside? I don't know. Maybe he should channel that anger into something non-violent instead. Dean could help! *cough*
That scene reminded me of the one in "Wendigo" and I kept thinking Dean was going to say something along the lines of that and when he DIDN'T I was kind of like "...the fuck?" Oh, Dean.
But I didn't expect the MotW to be the nurse. Dude, I forgot about her too, just because the episode managed to make me do that. If Bones has taught me anything it's that it's almost ALWAYS THE PERSON you forgot about from the beginning of the episode.
Wouldn't it be cool (also) if S6 is all...like, preseries? Like a prequel of some sort? We'd be getting less boys but, y'know. They'd be all brotherly and young and stupid. :D:D:D

I could only deal with a sixth season if this mytharc were over FOREVER at the end of season five. I am done with demons, and done with angels (sorry, Castiel), and so, so, so done with the boys grating against each other like this. So if they find a way to resolve all this ridiculousness and the boys battle it out as Michael and Lucifer or something -- then, if we went back to the best brothers in the UNIVERSE fighting a different monster ever week, I would be cool with that.
IDK. Starting a whole other mytharc would most probably mean more than one season. And I really, really want to see Jensen do something else. SO much potential. :/
He really is a fantastic actor. Sometimes I fall into the trap of thinking all he can do is his Batman!voice, and then he'll switch it up and do something hilarious or heartbreaking and I'll just go, Oh.
Also: word to your Bones review. FANTASTIC EP (I just finished watching and I'm kind of riding the high).
Jensen can do nothing wrong in my eyes. He could do a whole episode with Donald Duck's voice and it'll still be spectacular. It's all in his facial muscles, as I like to say.

I'm usually very good at guessing who it'd be but this time they were being extra sneaky! Bravo, I say. :)
