Bean and vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked Navy beans (try other beans if you prefer)
8 cups water
3tbsp olive oil
3 or 4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup coriander
1 medium carrot
I large potato, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3 large tomatoes, peeled and deseeded
2 medium onions
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp garam masala

Method

1. Saute garlic, onion, and coriander in oil in a frying pan until starting to brown.
2. Add all ingredients together in a pan with water and simmer until veg is tender.
3. Serve with crusty warm bread.
