It doesn't have to be a short little, really difficult to write summary, just something to give the artists an idea of what you are writing. You're trying to attract an artists to illustrate your work :).

I know, that's why I consider it to be so difficult. I even begged a writer friend to write the summary for me.

The paragraphs you like best should help with the selling.
I suck at summaries so I just went with the first thing that came into my head :).

Hey Beren.. Mine isn't 100% done... but I'm working 7-6 all week and have had No time to get the last few scenes done for any potential artist.. you want what I have in the morning? (I'll ship it before I leave for work)

Sorry, only just saw this. Yes, please send whatever you have. As long as most of it is done, that's fine. Your artist needs to be able to read and get a feel for it, but it's a draft so if it isn't quite finished, that's okay.

Mine still has two scenes to go too.
