I don't much like Southwest Airlines to begin with, but this incident and its later handling only increase my distaste.

As response aptly put it: "The whiners have all the power."

It is difficult to understand how that ensemble could have caused such an uproar.

Southwest also booted a woman off a plane--in Portland--for wearing a T-Shirt with a political message.
