Underworld has returned to America in fine form, kicking off the US leg of their current tour at The Warfield. The highlight for me was certainly Kittens.

Could've done without Paul Oakenfold opening. He's never been as good for me as he was in his Tranceport days. And he looks like a hippie now. I far preferred the show when Dirty Vegas

September is my concert month as well it appears .. I have three of them including Megadeth. This will be the first time I've seen them since 1992. :D

Oakenfold would have been fine if his set was a half-hour long. But the music got worse & worse and time went on.

I think Kittens was my fave, too! But too bad Rez wasn't longer.

I saw you guys, but you were a ways off, and it was too crowded to move over there. Oh well.

I saw Oakenfold on the playa this year. He is not officially Paul OakenSUCK. He was great ten years ago, but he's still spinning the same tracks.

It's too bad he chased away the crowd before Rabbin In The Moon went on. That was a _seriously_ good set.

Yeah. It's like a comedian who just keeps playing the same tired old material. His sets just seem uninspired, clearly riding on his name rather than his misplaced talent.

I think it's weird that they book a big act like that into Burning Man as well. Seems a little contradictory to the whole "we did it ourselves!" thing.
