Hammocks ... how do they work? I can't seem to make one.

You're going to need a few things. A large fishing net (or purple fabric), larger than you.Two strong trees. A couple posts or close together wall corners also do. You also need very strong rope that won't slip. Also a couple pieces of very strong wood, or branches (it needs to hold at least your weight).

Take your fishing net. Find each end. Take your wood. Shove it though the net. alternating, in out, in out until the end. This makes the ends strong nad not collapse as badly. Take your rope. Tie it around one of the ends of the sticks/branches. Now wrap it around the tree a few times very very tightly. Tie there too. It will slip and your ass will be sleeping on the ground. Now take that rope and tie to the other side of the same stick. Repeat on the other side. Make sure the rope is tight and that the trees aren't so far apart that it's totally stretched out. Or too close together so that it sags really badly.
