Seriously. I can't be the only person who thinks it's ridiculous to call a movie The Karate Kid... and then have it be about studying KUNG FU. >_<;;;;;;;; Especially when the movie has already EXISTED since 1984, and THAT one was about KARATE

I caught it on HBO one night and wished I could have that two hours of my life back. I also spent a lot of time wondering what was off with Meg Ryan's mouth :S

I have to admit I haven't seen it, but I should really. I love George Cukor's films. The Philadelphia Story is like a real fave.

This reminds me of my first experience watching Teen Wolf 2. Teen Wolf was cheesy all right, but it had Michael J Fox, and he was a basketball star.... Teen Wolf 2 is starring NOT Michael J Fox, and he is a... wrestler.... it just feels totally wrong....

moral of the story, sometimes people need to stop making sequels and re-makes and get new ideas
