Halloween or something like it

Halloween is fast becoming a trend around here and I really don't approve of it. Ok, that isn't entirely true, I don't mind halloween parties, dressing up, scary movies, whatever cool. It's the trick or treating that bugs the shit out of me. STOP TRYING TO FORCE A HOLIDAY ON ME

Yeah, I know. The trick or treating influence is coming from the US. I just don't understand it. We don't celebrate thanksgiving, 4th of July or any other US-centric holidays, why this one?
