I really like this story, it shows what could push Neal to the extreme and I think this is a very believable scenario. I love how Peter has trouble talking him down and has to take on a different approach when ordering him doesn't work. My favorite sentence in this context is Peter saying: "Just because I may not know every detail of your life doesn't make me know you any less." And also Neal's reaction when he realizes what he had almost become fits his character very nicely.

Thank you! I have loved seeing Peter and Neal's relationship grow and developed through the last couple of seasons. And I love how Neal's passionate about the art and avoids violence, it's one of my most favorite things about Neal Caffrey.
