Wow! This trip looks like so much fun! It is my dream to take a train trip... for a while Tyler and I were planning a trip to Vancouver by train, through the Canadian Rockies. We are still planning on going...someday...

It was fun to be able to read your journal from your Georgia vacation! I hope there's more to come.....because I want to know how Savannah was once you arrived! The Jamaican cab driver really hooked you up with some great food. Joe probably would have eaten the curried goat also. Greg and Joe are so much alike it's kind of scary. LOL The pictures are so clear. Please tell me the kind of camera you bought. We need a new one before our next trip! Sheila

Ya no doubt and that was just the train ride TO Savannah! lol.. I will be posting part II soon!! :)
Your right Greg and Joe are alot alike! That could defiantly lead to trouble! hehe..
We ended up after much research and price checking with the Nikon D90 - Ultimatly we got that one because we could save some money by only buying the body of the camera because the lenses from my Nikon Film camera (which we spent a pretty penny on years prior) Would fit the D90, so we already have good lenses for it without dishing out the extra $$!
Honestly, its probably a little more camera than we or the average person needs but I am LOVING it! A friend of mine got the Canon Rebel and is very happy with it and its less money less camera.
