I found out today that The Lion King musical is coming back to Toronto next year

Epic musical is epic. I want to see it again so badly.

It's honestly the greatest thing I've ever seen. I'm so excited for it to come back, and to drag my mom and baby sister with me this time, because they didn't go see it last time and regretted it badly because me and my other sister fell so completely and madly in love with it.

Lion King is supposedly coming to Charlotte this year or next year. I might try to go, I've seen the 'movie' of it during theatre classes so I wouldn't mind seeing it live.

I'm not really capable of rooting for anyone at this point, haha. Hockey wounds are still too open right now, watch the Final would be like rubbing hand sanitizer into the cut. :P But yes, I'd rather see the Blackhawks win. If for no other reason than if your team's owner gets his grubby mitts on that trophy after basically being the conductor of the lockout, I may puke.

Looks like TLK is going to be in Charlotte for most of August this year. And you should TOTALLY go see it. Trust me on this. It's extraordinary. I had goosebumps from the very first note when I saw it, and those goosebumps just didn't go away. If you believe nothing else I ever say, believe me when I say Lion King is magic.
