Well ... KVLT is the name of the FFTL fanclub, but I doubt you're referring to that.

Well, kvlt is the name given to underground black metal bands who often use the stereotypical black metal sound, which is very low recording quality, very intense atmosphere, cover art in black and white, and such. But it's more than that, the person who's in the picture is Varg Vikernes, who's very famous in the black metal scene, as is his picture: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v310/sazdy/88_photo.jpg .

The FFTL fanclub might be named after it, though, since one of the members of FFTL is apparently a fan of Burzum (Burzum is a one-man band which is Varg's project)
