Happy almost-4th! In honor of this weekend when everyone is away from the computer, have a vid. I made this about a year ago - this is draft #5 or so - and sent it for beta, and the betas had mixed reactions about various things, and I needed to rework some sections, so I shelved it all to work on later. I like it! So glad you posted instead of deleting! I'm sorry the file got corrupted, though, because I'd love to see a final version.

Not sure what the (yep) was for -- I don't care whether music's 'cool' or not, just whether it has the right tone/feel for the story and characters, and for me, this does.

Aw, thank you. In addition to the file being corrupted, someone taught me a little something about vidding between then and now. *cough* And that has impacted how I see everything, as predicted. If I ever do rebuild it, it would probably be vastly different in its construction.

Daughtry and me have turned out to be a vidding OTP, in a weird way. I also have a draft Die Hard slash vid to this song, which is truly dreadful and the knowledge that it was awful freed me up to use the song for a different fandom...and then there was the Eagle vid to another Daughtry song, which I claim proudly. I guess that's what the 'yep' is about. *g*
