I love the second person and our positioning within Dean's POV. I especially love that we skipped most of the angst and shifted to the happier ending. I also like Dean's greeting to Cas. So very Dean. I hope for Cas's redemption in canon but have little hope, but you've made me happy for now and for a few months.

I always hold out hope for redemption. :) The weird thing is, I wrote this a few months before the finale. Very strange. Anyway, thank you very much!

I enjoyed this. It's so beautifully written and I like the second person pov, which is VERY difficult to do well. I love the poetry of your writing, and the ending is lovely. I don't read very much (hardly any) Supernatural fanfic, because the show delivers just about everything I need in that universe, but I have this "thing" for Castiel and this...I love this so much. I have not yet seen this past season (I always wait for dvds to watch all at once.) But I look forward to it.

I sometimes stare at this story and think, whatever possessed me to write in second person?? It's only the second time I've ever done so. Sometimes I guess stories just have to come out the way they want to. Anyway, thank you for the lovely comments, which made me very happy. :)
