It was utterly moving and brilliant, but what struck me the most was I thought it was Vorenus' prayer at first. The twist in the middle when I caught on was beautiful.

So, so, so lovely and sad and in character, with the dynamics just right. I can't imagine anything remotely even as good coming out of Season 2.

Oh, thank you! :) I hope so much that there is a season two, but I suspect there'll be a time jump, if there is, and we'll never see any of the aftermath of Niobe's death. More's the pity. *sigh*
