Evey sits outside, staring upwards into the rain.
Today is his anniversary.
She sighs once more before wrapping her arms around her knees, ready to hold vigil over this night.

"Hey, you there! Are you alright?"

"Oh, um, yeah, I'm fine" she gives him a small smile.

He pulls his jacket over his head to protect it from the rain and glowers up at the sky, as if it's the sky's fault that he just made a fool of himself.
"What're you doing out here, anyway? It's raining, in case you haven't noticed."

That makes her grin "Yeah, I know, I'm just... remembering. It's Guy Fawkes Day, you know"

Barbossa walks out. Even though he hates the British government any night that gives an excuse to drink more rum is good with him. He has an extra bottle since Jack had pointed the girl outside in the rain. He feels the cold and the wet and the rain and sighs happily. This is the feeling of LIFE flowing back to him. It's a wonderful feeling. He watches her sitting on the porch for a moment before setting the rum down and taking off his coat. He drapes it over her shoulders and hands her a bottle.
"T' keep the warmth in." He says. He's been use to the sea. This small rain is nothing to him.

"You'll catch a chill, Evey."

"Hm? Oh, it's not that cold, and being wet doesn't bother me that much"
