Somehow, it's doubtful there's anyone on top of the hotel. That's good, Batman prefers it that way. He's up there in search of a certain Man of Steel. It is dark, of course, just past nightfall, and Batman is glancing around. The Joker's prowling around, as he tends to do when he's bored, and just can't pass up this delicious opportunity. He steps out of the shadows where he was lurking, looking for mischief, and giggles in anticipation of a fun night ahead.
