It's harder to leave than it should be. He'll get over it, some day, decades down the road when she's long gone and he's still around. If he could, he'd never leave, but it's better this way. Better for her, and that's what's important. One last look. No words of goodbye. It doesn't make it easier, but it's a start. They'll see each other

"Most people say that." Here's a playboy, raising an eyebrow curiously. "Welcome to the hotel."

"Sounds a little ominous." Angel looks over Bruce, deciding he's not much of a threat. Looks can be deceiving, though.

"Depends on your view, I guess." Bruce does the same to Angel, quietly assessing him. "I'm Bruce Wayne."

Bruce Wayne. He'll remember the name.

"Angel. Where are we?"

John hasn't really been very social in quite some time, but he happens to be heading by the lobby on the way to the kitchen when he spots the arrival.

"Yeah, welcome to the club."

"... Club?" Angel glances at the man with a slight look of curiosity. "What's going on?"

"Every indication is that everyone who shows up is stuck."

"Stuck." That doesn't sound great. "Stuck as in ... Can't leave?"

Hi Angel, have a guy with very large, white and feathery wings folded against his back. He's not wearing a shirt again, so they're in plain view. "Yeah, and it never really gets any less weird. Welcome to the hotel."

He chuckles a little, mostly to himself, inwardly, about the cheap humour in the fact that he's talking to what appears to be a real angel.

"I'm used to weird."

"Good, because it never stops around here." Warren gives him gives a bit of a grin.
